About the Department
The field of Electrical & Electronics Engineering has undergone rapid changes in the recent times with fast changes in the development and expansion of different Electrical & Electronics technology like internet.
Electricity is the key to a country’s socio-economic developments. For shouldering the burden of grooming bright Electro Technocrats, the department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering at BIT is making every sort of hand & sincere effort to contribute in this direction state-of-the-art equipped with all necessary machineries, well experienced faculty & congenial academic atmosphere will no doubt contribute to the all round developments of students.
The department is established along with the college in the year 2009 with 60 seats. It has started its infancy in technical Environment with all possible care on the management. Eight laboratories has been setup with all quality machinery and equipments. The department has qualified experienced faculties. Qualified guest faculties are invited to enrich the knowledge level of the students. The department also conducted seminars, workshop, faculty development program and student counseling workshop from time to time to boost faculties & students for facing global challenges.
